Life is a gift, take what you have and cherish it. I learned this the hard way. I was always despising life itself. It isn’t life that makes us upset, it’s the things in it that we choose to let bother us. If you want the sadness to go away, don’t think about the things causing you pain. Take the memories of what you lost that were good in, instead of remembering the bad things. And if it isn’t what you lost causing you grief, then think about how much worse you could have it, and be grateful. If there are even a few people who care about you hold them close, you will never know when you might need just someone to hold you or talk to you. It’s the little things that count.
