(Unknown POV for now)
“ One for you must do this.” Father said the authority in his voice flowed through my sister and I, we looked at each other we noticed two hobbits hiding behind the pillars listening in to the council meeting, though we were allowed to go we were late and father would have our heads.
“One does not simply walk into Mordor. Its black gates are guarded by more than just Orcs. There is an evil there that does not sleep. And the Great Eye is ever watchful. It’s a barren wasteland. Riddled with fire, ash and dust. The very air you breathe is a poisonous fume. Not with ten thousand men could you do this. It is Folly!” Boromir said sitting in his chair I rolled my eyes at him though he could not see me.
“Have you heard nothing Lord Elrond has said? The Ring must be destroyed!” Legolas shouted at Boromir, which automatically caused the Dwarf Gimli to stand up.
“And I suppose you think you’re the one to do it?” Gimli asked Legolas as Boromir rises to his feet. This was going to become an all out brawl if someone did not put a stop to it and I was ready to hit Boromir.
“And if we fail, what then? What happens when Sauron takes back what is his?” Boromir asked the council my sister and I waiting to join the throng of people my black hair down my back blows in the wind, which is not so good for me.
“I will die before I see the Ring in the hands of an Elf!” Gimli shouted everyone stood up and was shouting at each other. The fighting was starting to get out of hand I noticed Frodo staring at the ring I could hear the ring’s whispers over the arguing. Suddenly Frodo stood determination set on his face as he tried to get everyone’s attention.
“I will take it.” He said the first time and no one had heard the poor little hobbit. He was completely determined to let his voice be heard in the council meeting.
“I will take it. I will take the ring to Mordor. Though I do not know the way.” The small brave hobbit declared to everyone in the room the look on our father’s face was grim as was Gandalfs. The arguing began to quiet down after Frodo had said that he would take the ring to the Mountain of Doom.
“I will help you bear this burden, Frodo Baggins, as long as it is yours to bear.” Gandalf said walking up to Frodo to stand behind him. I choose that time to make myself known to the Council time seemed to stop father was not pleased.
“I will help you my dear Frodo as will my sister.” I said pulling my sister Artemis from where she was hiding and walked to the hobbit. To say father was mad is an understatement in the highest degree.
“I forbid it Erica and Lillie you are not to go with them on this Journey!” Lord Elrond yelled at us but we were already with the hobbit and Gandalf the Grey.
“I am sorry father but we have to disobey your order protect Arwen our dear sister while we are away I will not let anything touch our Hobbit!” I say as Lillie finishes my statement we smile at each other glad our twin minds still work in sync.
