• I laid down on my bed and curled up in a ball. These feelings I was feeling at that moment, I couldn't stand it anymore. Those feelings of loneliness. I missed her.

    I rarely ever saw her outside of school. Even there we rarely ever got to see each other. It was hard and I was about ready to break the promise I made to her. I had promised her that I wouldn't cut myself anymore. It was my way of dealing with my emotions when they got to be too much. I had to go through therapy for it and it wasn't an experience I wanted to go through again. I had to see her.

    I looked at the clock and saw that it said it was 10:00 pm. I had a few hours before I could even even try to sneak out. I sighed and grabbed my phone.
    I went to my contacts and selected Ava. I pressed send message and wrote, 'I can't stand it anymore. I miss you. I'm coming to see you tonight.' I pressed send and put it next to me on the bed.

    Less than a minute later my phone vibrated. I picked it up and reply from her. It said, 'I miss you too Zeke, but are you sure that's a good idea? I don't want you to get caught.'

    I replied, 'I don't care if I get caught. I have to see you. This loneliness is killing me.' I sent it to her and kept my phone in my hand.

    My phone vibrated again and I read her message, 'Knowing you, you won't give up so I guess I'll have to agree. But if you get caught it's not my fault!' I replied, 'Good, I'll be there around 1.'

    A few hours passed and my parents were sound asleep. I grabbed my jacket and put it on quickly. I also grabbed my keys so I'd be able to get back in.

    Luckily for me you can sneak out the front door easily without being heard. I went out the front door and shut it tightly but quietly behind me. I looked around to make sure no one was around me.

    I stayed in the shadows so it'd be harder to see me. I ran down the street taking any shortcuts I could. Soon I got to her house and sighed in relief. I hadn't been caught so far. All I had to do was get in. Her house was only a one-story, which made my job a hell of a lot easier.

    I went up to Ava's window and knocked on it. She ran to her window and opened it. I climbed in and shut it behind me. We sat down on her bed and I held her close to me.

    “I'm so happy to finally see you. I've missed you so much!” I told her.

    She hugged me back and said, “I've missed you too.”

    I kissed her and she kissed me back. It felt great to finally be with her again. I loved holding her in my arms. For once in my life I think I actually felt happy. I wished things could always be to the way they were just then. She was the best thing in my life.

    We stayed like that for several minutes until she finally broke away. “I love you Zeke,” she said burying her head in my chest. “I love you too Ava,” I replied smiling.
