• Guard Ch 6 (The Big Day: Your Training Starts Now!)

    The next day...
    It was a bright and sunny morning day. Kazu was sleeping with his hands behind his head and Atsuki was sitting on a park bench, tired from the night before.
    Kazu: "*Yawn*" He sat up and saw Atsuki on the bench. "Hey Atsuki." He said while yawning.
    Atsuki: *No resonse*
    Kazu: "You alright?"
    Atsuki: She turned her head so she could see Kazu (in a way.) "Why didn't you tell me?"
    Kazu: "Huh?" "Tell you what?"
    Atsuki: "Your Law." "*Yawn* Because of you, I couldn't fall asleep."
    Kazu: "(Oh yeah.)"
    (Flashback)
    Kazu: "Why not tell you tomorrow. It builds the suspense."
    (Now)
    Kazu: "My bad."
    Atsuki: "So what is it?"
    Kazu: "What's what?"
    Atsuki: "Your Law."
    Kazu: "!" "But, I don't have one."
    Atsuki: She had a blank look on her face. "What did you say?" She started waking up.
    Kazu: "The only reson I said I had one is so I could go to sleep." He was acting calm.
    Atsuki: "What did you say!!?" She got up and grabbed the collar of his shirt. "Cause of you I didn't get any rest!"
    Kazu: "So." He moved his eyes to the right to make it look like he didn't care, which he didn't.
    Atsuki: "Err..." *Anime vein*
    2 minutes later...
    *: Kazu was hanging on the bench, upside down, and had a huge anime bump with a 'X' bandage on it. Atsuki had her left arm up and the sleeve was rolled up.
    Kazu: "Uhh..." He was all dizzy.
    Atsuki: "Npw then..." She stuck her left arm out and struck an anime pose. "Kazu, your training starts now!"
    Kazu: "Great."
    Atsuki: Now, get up so we can go."
    Kazu: He rolled off the park bench and scratched his head in confusion. "Go where?"
    Atsuki: She turned to see him (in a way.) "To the training area of course."
    Kazu: "Training area?"
    1 hour later...
    Atsuki: "See. The training area!"
    They were standing in front of a huge metal factory that seemed to be abandoned for some time. Beside it were two streams that connected and seperated from eachother. And behind the factory was a field that had nothing more than dirt and some healthy looking trees.
    Atsuki: "This is the place you will train!"
    Kazu: "Great..."
    Atsuki: *Anime vein* "Why do you show hardly any emotion?"
    Kazu: "Why do you show so much?"
    Atsuki: *The anime vein got bigger* "Hmm..." "Anyway, put these on." She handed him some strap on wights (or whatever they're called.)
    Kazu: "Why?" He still wasn't showing much emotion.
    Atsuki: "Because i'm your tutor and I said so!"
    Kazu: "*Sigh* Ther's no point in in putting these on."
    Atsuki: She raised her arm and started pulling up her sleeve. "Just do it."
    Kazu: "*Sigh* Fine." He pulled back both his sleeves, revealing that he already had weights on (They were smaller than the ones she gave him.)
    Atsuki: "W-what? You already have weights on!?"
    Kazu: "Your very observant for someone that's suposally blind."
    Atsuki: "Uhh, well..." "*Clears throat* Who gave you those weights?"
    Kazu: "My last tutor, Kentaro."
    Atsuki: "K-k-k-k-k..." "Kentaro!" "You mean 'S' rank Kentaro!?"
    Kazu: "Yeah. What's the big deal?"
    Atsuki: What's the big deal!? He's one of the elite Guard Members!"
    Kazu: "I know that." He started tossing the weight's around. "How much do these things weigh anyway?"
    Atsuki: "They're fifty kilos each!"
    Kazu: "Oh." He tossed them at Atsuki and she could barley catch them.
    Atsuki: "How did you do that!?"
    Kazu: "What, juggle?"
    Atsuki: "No! Well, kind of."
    Kazu: "I was just training, like you said." "Right, tutor?" He was trying to tick her off.
    Atsuki: "But, those things were fifty kilos! Each!"
    Kazu: "You said that already."
    Atsuki: "How much do those things weigh?!"
    Kazu: "Oh. These?" He showed it to her then put his sleeve back. "One-hundred twenty-five kilos."
    Atsuki: "Each!?"
    Kazu: "Yep." "I have leg ones too."
    Atsuki: "What!?" "(What the hell! That's five-hundred kilos! That's half a ton!)" "Uhh..."
    Kazu: "Hey."
    Atsuki: "Huh?"
    Kazu: "I thought we were supposed to train or something."
    Atsuki: "Oh, right." "(What i'm I supposed to do now! Most of the training were to be trying to overcome the weights.)" "Uhh... well, Kazu. I want to see you fight."
    Kazu: "?" "How?"
    Atsuki: "Heh." She kicked open the building door and in the middle of it all was a training dummy. "That's what you'll fight!"
    Kazu: "..." "A training dummy?"
    Atsuki: "Haha. Yeah, a dummy." "Go ahead. Beat it up."
    Kazu: "Why?"
    Atsuki: "Just do it, 'kay."
    Kazu: "..." "Whatever." He walkedover to the dummy and got in a fighting pose (like Bobobo.)
    Atsuki: "*Phew* (Now i'll be able to do my job.)"
    Flashback memory...
    Atsuki: *Picks up phone* "Hello."
    Ryuichi: "I have a job for you."
    Atsuki: "Finally! I've been so bored." "What's the job Ryuichi sir?"
    Ryuichi: "Your job is to become one of our guards principals, and then their tutor."
    Atsuki: "Tutor? You mean like a teacher?"
    Ryuichi: "Yes..."
    Current memory...
    Ryuichi: you must teach him to control his chi, and give me reports on his progress."
    Now...
    Atsuki: "(I don't know why Ryuichi is so interested in this guy anyway.)" "(I mean look at him. He's just a weakling with a weird hair style." "Hey! Get out of that stupid pose and hit it already!"
    Kazu: *Anime vein* "(This girl is getting on my nerves." He stood straight up and started punching the dummy with his left arm.
    Atsuki: *Anime vein* "(How am I supposed to gather any data if he's just not taking this seriously?)" "Oh!" *Grin* "Oh Kazuuu."
    Kazu: "*Sigh* (Now what?" He turned around and saw her holding his book. "!" He opend his suit and realized his book was missing. "Hrr..." "Give me my book."
    Atsuki: "Nuh-uh. You have to do what I say first."
    Kazu: "(Damn.) *Sigh* Fine. Whatever."
    Atsuki: "Hehe. (Now I can gather some data for Ryuich.)"
    Kazu: He turned around to face the dummy and took a deep breath. "*Phew*" He exhaled and started punching the dummy with his left arm again.
    Atsuki: "..." "(He could of at least took off his weights.)"
    "Huh?"
    Kazu: "(I have to get that book back. I have too!)"
    Atsuki: She started to see an aura build around Kazu's body. "(What!? Can he control his chi already!?)"
    Kazu: *Keeps punching* "(I'll get my book back.)" "(Even if it means I have to faint to get them!)"
    *: Kazu punched the dummy with his right arm and it was sent flying across the factory into the wall, leaving a dent.
    Atsuki: "(What power! Where did it all come from!?)"
    Kazu: "*Pant* Heh." "I win."
