A small girl, looking to be only 13, walked through a field, her sword strapped to her side. Her hands were callused, like she had worked in the field her whole life, yet she wore the clothes of a noble. Her eyes were blood-red, and her hair was a whitish silver. She paused, looking around. Her hand slipped to her sword, and she tensed. The ground began to shake, and the girl slipped into her fighting position. A hole in the ground opened, and another demon appeared. This one had the head of a human, but the body of a worm.
"Ah, so you're a demon aren't you?" he said, swaying in anticipation. The girl said nothing, and the demon grew aggitated. He charged at her, and all she did was raise her sword. He didn't stop, and slammed into her sword head first. She held the sword with one hand, but the sword looked heavy enough to be held with two. She stood there, her eyes still red. The demon was split perfectly in half, and her sword was stained in blood. She looked down and sighed before saying, "Thank you Father. You have protected me far better than I could have alone." She wiped her sword on the ground and slung it over her shoulder. She walked off, and disappeared in a black fire.
