• The wind whips her face as she watches the cars below. She ponders her death awaiting her below. "what will happen to my soul? will anybody care? Will anybody remember me?" "I will" he called out. She looked over at him and broke down. As she fells to her knees he was next to her, holding her body as it shook. "Baby, baby please tell me why" he whispered. "I can't take it anymore" she sobbed. "cant take what anymore?" "the separation, the other girl, my parents… I can't do it anymore!". He tried to hold her still as she thrashed to break to so she could run away. "because you didn't want us to be!". The sudden ferocious edge in his voice startled her to the point where she pulled away from him and he let her go. She didn't want to run because she could hear the strain in his voice. She put her legs over him and he cradled her in his arms and they sat quietly.
