    (Prequal)Chapter 5- The battle of the century

    Back in Konoha the ground shook from the very intensity of the battle between old allies. Tsunade was quickly hurled out of a cloud of smoke still doing hand signs. The smoke cleared Revealing Orochimaru on a huge snake whose fangs were sunk deep in a house sized slug. The slug struggled for a moment before disappearing in a cloud of smoke.

    Tsunade had just completed her series of hand signs and an aura of power is emitted around her hands. "Wind style dimension disruption jutsu" she said as she clapped her hands together. The claps intense sonic boom creates a ripple effect that swallowed her and while doing so slows time around making her move at impossible speeds.

    Moving now with godlike speed she flies towards Orochimaru who literally has no time too react before seeing a fist sent at his face. He flies backward from the hit going straight towards another building. Before he could make contact with the large building though, he is kicked Skyward again by Tsunade. Orochimaru could not stand the force and struggled to do hand signs but the speed in which he was moving didn’t allow it. With Tsunade’s increased speed she easily beat him too his flying destination and sent a bone crushing punch into the chest of Orochimaru. He was then sent pummeling at an increased speed towards the ground. Hitting it with a devastating effect too the area around him as buildings foundations where destroyed and filled the crater in which Orochimaru had just made.

    There was silent for a moment, but it didn’t last long as the debris if forced outward from the crater. Orochimaru was then seen in the hole unharmed until Tsunade fills it with fire from above. When the fire dissipates Tsunade has her katana threw the gut of Orochimaru and Orochimaru has his hand on her throat. Soon Tsunade grew weak enough from Orochimaru to force the katana away from her and pull it out then he opens his mouth and a new body appears and kicks Tsunade out of the crater while jumping out of its old skin.

    When Orochimaru walks out of the crater he sees Tsunade struggling for breath. "Tsunade, Tsunade", he said in a pity kind of tone “you should have not used jutsu you could not handle I’ve been fighting for 3 minutes how long have you been fighting.” Tsunade took surprise too know that he recognized her own jutsu. This jutsu greatly increased strength and speed because it slowed down everything but the user and the user feels a large amount of fatigue after barely a minute in its state. She has been going for 4 and that’s the equivalent of 4 days of intense training. She exhausted and physically strained too the limit. ‘It was foolish of me too use this jutsu especially when fighting an opponent like Orochimaru. Only on thing left too do’ she thought to herself biting her lip as she struggled to keep standing. She raises her hands creating a sign Orochimaru recognizes quickly as she shouts “Seal release”. The mark on her forehead creates a multiple pattern sign on her head as she radiates chakra. “Orochimaru this is where you die” she shouts as they both start weaving hand signs Orochimaru finishes first as a giant Rattle snakes appears below him and carries him high off the ground. He then continues too weave hand signs. Tsunade surprisingly stars floating up from the ground as if flying.

    “What jutsu is this” Orochimaru shouted as he stared on in amazement as Tsunade calls forth a large amount of mist that engulfs the two sannin. Orochimaru could see Tsunade in the distance still weaving hand signs and continues his. After a moment they both stop “Wind style silver dragon jutsu" Tsunade shouts as a two large dragons appear out of nowhere in the mist.

    “Fire replication jutsu”, fire erupted around Orochimaru's snake and out of the snakes mouth came a burning anaconda that waste no time in lunging for Tsunade at intense speed. Sense it coming Tsunade quickly counters by sending on of her dragons towards the incoming snake and in the impact the dragon engulfs the snake in its mouth. The snake can be seen threw the dragons transparent skin struggling until its flames dissipates and it evaporates.

    Orochimaru has no time to rest as the other dragon Tsunade summoned moved too engulf him also but he jumped off his snake just as the two beast collided killing them both. Orochimaru landed on the roof of a building only too get punched threw it by Tsunade. When the dust settled Tsunade’s whole arm was in the throat of a huge python extending out of Orochimaru’s sleeve.

    “its over Tsunade” Orochimaru said with a victorious grin he extends a sign and hundreds of snakes come out of his sleeve and snap at Tsunade in a minute Orochimaru was looking over Tsunade’s unconscious body. With a pleasing grin he draws a kunai and move too slit her throat until sand covers her body and she disappears.

    Orochimaru both surprised and disappointed turned too see Gaara standing there with an army of sand ninja currently fighting his sound ninja. “How did you manage too get past the Raikage” Orochimaru asked glaring at the young Kazekage.

    Gaara stood silent before the sand at his feet moved out of the way in front of his feet revealing the Dead Raikage. “Is this who you speak of? I don’t know what your doing in konoha but, but your attacks on my village have led me to join this war. Konoha and its people are our allies and I have brought aid. No more innocent blood will be bled, you can’t control the world which is the reason I’m going too kill you”.

    Gaara’s sand then moves too strike Orochimaru. Jumping out of the way Orochimaru does a series of hand signs and stops as static electricity builds in his hand which he holds out towards Gaara. Gaara’s moves are earth based and Orochimaru wanted to exploit that advantage by using electric type moves. The ball or electricity builds and Orochimaru releases it on Gaara who has been preparing for the hit ahead of time releases a similar attack Composes of sand manipulated with negatively charge static that was releases at a high pace towards Orochimaru’s lightning bolt. The two attacks hit and the energy build up in both attacks released a static charge that radiated throughout Konoha.

    It didn’t take long until Orochimaru and Gaara were fighting sword too sword. Orochimaru wielding Kusanagi and Gaara a very large Diamond like sand sword that had a 6 foot long blade utilized well with his sand techniques.

    Orochimaru stabbed low too exploit the sword weakness of not being able too defend well too ground hits but Gaara had already found away around that by covering the ground with sand and blocking all low hits allowing him a clear shot at his opponent. Orochimaru though did not see this and paid the price of having his arm cut clean off.

    Orochimaru retreated from Gaara and quickly regenerates his arm. Knowing he couldn’t win in an up-close battle he threw multiple kunai at Gaara who skillfully deflects the projectiles with his sword. “Its time too end this Orochimaru” Gaara said taking a low stance with his sword with his right hand he drew the sword far back as he could and with his left he puts the tip of his index finger on the blade. “Dance of Piercing sand” with that Gaara Pushes off with his hind legs creating a crater from the force he exerted shooting quickly towards Orochimaru who had just completed a set of hand signs. Orochimaru Quickly threw Kusanagi at Gaara who was hit by the spiraling sword. That Gaara was a clone and poofs away. “it was just a clone” Orochimaru said looking around for Gaara. Then from the corner of his eye Gaara jumps off the side of a building towards Orochimaru who quickly grabs Gaara by his wrist and extends a snake out of his mouth that encloses on around his throat. Gaara struggled but couldn’t release the snakes hold and Orochimaru’s finger tips glowed as he shouted “five elemental seal” and sent the finger tips towards Gaara’s chest with extreme force.

    Gaara stayed limp for a while and Orochimaru was convince that he won until the snake extending from his throat was covered in sand and the supposedly dead Gaara dissipated too sand that engulfs Orochimaru in an instant. Orochimaru used force too release the sand and jump up away from it until another clone of Gaara appeared behind him. Gaara put him in a grapple hold allowing him no room too move and another Gaara appeared in front of him and took the similar stance from before and this time it connects. Orochimaru and the clone go crashing into a building. When the debris clears Orochimaru is now pinned too the building by Gaara’s sword and Gaara is still standing in the crater his clone had made before. All of his attacks were done with clones displaying the skill of the fifth Kazekage. With great effort Orochimaru pulled the sword out of his gut and threw it back at Gaara but the sword dissolved too sand before reached him.

    The two shinobi stared at each other for a moment waiting for the other too make the next move until Kabuto showed up “Orochimaru there is no need too continue this battle we have secured the vessel” he said while showing an unconscious Sakura on his shoulder.

    “Good” Orochimaru said looking at Gaara “we will continue this another time young Kazekage” your village must surrender or be destroyed”

    Gaara glared back blankly “We are the sand, and in no way will we falter before the vastness of your army. As long as I draw breath, no shinobi of the sand will ever submit to a foreign ruler. Next time we meet will be the last.” Gaara turned his back as Sand around Orochimaru and Kabuto moved to engulf them in Gaara’s signature sand prison. Orochimaru simply smiled as both him and Kabuto disappeared before the attack hit them.

    Authors Notes: Gaara to the rescue hell yeah. Come on you know you liked it. Some have said that Gaara would never leaves his own village, He uses a jutsu that gives him the ability to travel long distances in short amounts of time. So don’t worry about that.
