- Description: This is my attempt at Leon S. Kennedy from the game Resident Evil 2 Remake wearing his DLC Noir outfit. Leon Scott Kennedy was a rookie officer for the Raccoon City Police Department for only a day, he was late for his first day only to find himself dealing with a nightmare of living dead meeting people along the way to survive the horrible experience. I wish his hair was left down but I understand why, I really liked this outfit it made me think of Sebastian Castellanos' outfit.
