This is a photomanipulation. The reference picture is the original.
Because my sky was heavily overexposed, there was almost nothing in there but white. It looked boring, so I thought; what if I just put my own sky in there? I decided to go for a sunset mood, an I think it turned out fairly well.
The monkey was not manipulated, just the sky. I went to the zoo today and they were just running around =3 - Date: 08/01/2009

- Do you ever submit anything that is not either over manipulated or offensive? You have COMPLETLY lost the photo here and you don't even have a good shot to begin with now that tou have cropped it because now the monkey's face is blurry and your added in background is very sharp. I would like to see a raw image from you that looks decent, I think a lot of people are tired of seeing manipulations of good photos.

hahaha!! oh, before I read the description I was like, how did she get a picture of a freaking monkey on a tree out in the open!?!?! Zoo...duhh. This manipulation is really cool! I haven't tried photomanipulation yet, but I want to.
The yellowishorange sky makes it look more foreign...wild? idk, but it makes it look more like the monkey was in its natural habitat. I really love it! - Report As Spam
