Yeah at the time I didn't understand the useage of 'manual focus' So I had it on auto focus. They don't turn out as good =/ - Report As Spam

Okay a photo doesn't need to be planned to be good but maybe just try focusing more on your composition when you find something that you think is "neat" or whatever. You need to look at all aspects to avoid the picture just looking like a vacation snapshot.

Now I am not saying this shot is amazing or anything, I just really liked it and though I would share it with the folks of Gaia.

- The only kind of planned photography is photography in a studio. But to get some really good shots, pretty much all the time you have to take those pictures in a spontanious way. It's hard to go looking for 'THE MOST AMAZING' shot ever. That shot usually finds you randomly. And sometimes it turns out and sometimes it doesn't. It all depends on the situation. With what Lionessrox4ever said, it's what the photographer makes of it.

- I'm sorry Ammon-Jerro, but that is not a true statement. Photography is what the photographer makes of it. Great photos aren't always planned. I think Skitler16 has a point he is trying to convey. Just because you believe photography, has to be planned doesn't mean that's true for others. And unless you can read minds, you don't know if that was going through his head or not.
