It's cute. But the theme is far overdone. Plus the picture is very plain. Simplicity is very nice, and it's much better that you used sepia instead of keeping the colour. Using colour makes it look cheap and amateur.
I think something to make this better would be if you hadn't had blurred the edges, and instead sharpened it to bring out more of the grain in the wood and texture in the hair band.
Plus there's a yucky hair stuck to the hair band.
