- Description: Foremost, I must clarify that this is an elk, not a cow. My mom and I drove up to Rocky Mountain Natl. Park one day to do some hiking and we encountered a huge herd of elk in the middle of our path, which is not at all uncommon in the area. The elk there aren't afraid of people, so they're great targets for my camera. Haha. But this one was pretty young and quite fascinated by me. I only wish you could see her face better.

- Great photo--too bad they came at you from the same direction of the sun! I love the RMNP area, it's great for photography. =)
