Dango is a traditional Japanese treat that is made from mochiko (rice flour), tofu, and a dash of sugar (yay!), which are rolled into dumplings and boiled to perfection. Three to four dangos are usually served on a skewer.
I've never had dango before, but it sure does look yummy! Anyone ever tried dango before? How does it taste?
