- @Utauloid12: The program is called Sai. It is free if you download the winrar program to unzip the file. Just look up "Winrar free download" then "Sai free download" Tutorials and all that good stuff are on Youtube for Sai if you need help coloring. And for future reference, this is not the best coloring. Photoshop is what I need.
