Hello there. This is a drawing that took way too long for me to do, because I was using paths for everything...
It's not suppose to be anyone, just a drawing I felt like making. The background is of the mountains if you can't tell (I didn't really know how to aproach drawing backgrounds with custom brushes) And yes, the head is too big :)

- the background, effects, and hair, are all very good, but the body, head, and clothing leave much to be desired. Try looking at several pictures of actual people and clothing. There are not usually that many wrinkles, though it's definitely better than having no folds at all like a lot of people do. Heads are generally shaped like an egg with the point facing downwards. The eyes are halfway up, the nose ends halfway between the eyes and the chin, and the mouth is half of that

- @ Kuroi Suishou: Yea, I'm not really sure how I didn't realize the head was way too big and elongated, until it was too late and didn't want to change it. Though I wonder if You can change it and update it here...
