- As Mr. Blue Hair down there said, the hand doesn't really fit in to the picture should probably make it open and fingers stright but besides what needs to be changed its very nice =3

- This is interesting. The feather is amazing, but something about the hand is odd.

I understand the concept but the gestures doesn't fit in. The hand should be drawn like struggling to reach something, the fingers should be straight and open.
And the proportion is incorrect. Try to look at more hands and redraw it. Once you understand the shape, proportion and gestures it will look nice.
