Age does not determine skill, so saying "I drew this when I was thirteen" means absolutely nothing.
Also, this needs work. Her face is turned at a slight angle, but not enough to make her eyes distort so much. And on the subject of her eyes, which stand out too much in comparison with the rest of the character, they are lacking eyebrows. As for the rest of the character.
