Agreed, the mouth is way too low.
I like the thin lips, though. They seem to fit for some reason.
The coloring is beautiful. I like her stomach.

The mouth is very low considering how much room you have for it, I would also make her lips maybe a bit longer and fuller and relaxed to go with the emotion in her eyes.
