This is A character design i created for a Manga, Her name is Neimi Hazakashi. As you can see her personality and the Eye design i used for her, also what her hight would be and etc. Yes thats how she's suppose to look like, all boring and such.
I know some of the wording is to bright to see, but that it isn't important...

Actually no i didn't get my inspiration from FLCL i just made it up, (But it's pretty cool that i got an art style close to it)
and for the legs well she wearing a big sweater she's suppose to be a petite girl, making her have smaller legs.
And for her expression it was meant to be boring-ish. but i guess it came out sad XP

hmm...did you draw your inspiration from FLCL?
It looks like the same style of art they used in the Manga version.
you may want to make the neck a bit thinner for a girl.
