I was mostly trying out new functions in photoshop, since I'm pretty new to the program (and yes, I'm aware one of his legs is bigger than the other, I was just too lazy to fix it afterwards xD)

- Oh my god, that is sooooooo cute!!! *fangirl squeals* That is one of the most adorable chibi pics ever! I want to cuddle him so badly . . . *cries happy tears* About his legs though: The difference in size isn't such a problem, its the general largeness of them. They're out of proportion to his body and look pretty weird. But other than that, this is an awesome pic!
