The way the wing overlaps needs some work. Backs of wings are mostly skin, not feathers, so all those individual feathers shouldn't exist. Check out some bird pics for reference on folded wings. But the dog itself looks good, maybe clean up where the skull meets the neck a bit? The mohawk looks a little out of place.
