The proportions besides the arms don't look half bad, but one eye is much larger than the other, and the hair does need work... The ears should probably have a more 3 dementional look to them, as well as be comming out of her hair instead of having the look of being held up behind her head... Just some advice. I like the idea, and the skirt really catches my eye. ^^ You have good potential.

- The eyes are messed up and you can tell that you can't draw hands. Practice.
