I made this when my band, Halo, made a CD to sell so we could raise money for our French trip. I used some different techniques and a site to make the full effect work. I drew the actual picture with a plain blue ballpoint then uploaded it onto my trusty ol' laptop. I then actually used real pictures then cropped them to fit the picture. I only used them on the girl though.
