- Looks nice for a black and white pic. I would suggest you working on his fingers and the lighter gray values. They seem to blend in with one another. The darks are perfect it is just you lights need more work, that way it doesn't blend into the background.

- Only thing I can complain about is his eyes, and the skinniness of his fingers. Of course, that may be intentional, but it just looks a little off. Regardless, five stars!
