IMaybe you could fix the arms a little because they are definitly out of shape and form. Maybe you could work on the hands some more too.
And I just wnated to ask, why is Sara not smiling??

i have to agree with Lilley_Summers
her body does seem to get smaller the farther you go down.
that's the only problem.
