Kyuubi from Naruto.
aka The Nine Tailed Fox.
He was sealed inside of Naruto for devastating the Village Hidden in the leaves.
Whenever one of his nine tails lashed out, it could level a mountain or cause a tsunami.
When he roared the entire earth shook, and when he slashed the air with his mighty claws,
it would cause hurricanes.
Drawn on an Oekaki, and posted on my friend's site of Naruto fanarts.
(Don't know if I spelled it right.)
