well i can barely see the picture. i think its a bit too light. and i can say you've made her look fat. the head doesnt look to have a well normal shape. you'd have to fix the hands,horn and the box. its not that big. i can barely see her neck. is she in a cast or something? either way, it needs major improvement

- its cool but try going a little slower and kinda feel out for the form before you go into details. it will make it even better. you can also look at your hand holding something so you can see how the fingers bend in all the right places. a little shading can also be good to (smudging isnt shading so dont do that)

next time, maybe draw the fingers of the right hand longer and straighter. I know, hands are hard to draw xD
