Description:
This drawing I did on photoshop depicts Edith Piaf, in her young life, about ready to sing "Les Momes de la Cloche" to an audience of many.
As you can see, she is nervous =)
EDIT: I did this drawing based on the characterization that Marion Cotillard brought to the movie La Vie En Rose, so it's more of a Marion-Style Edith, rather than a real-Edith drawing... - Date: 10/21/2008

- The shoulders are haunched the back is slightly hunched, the feet are close together and the hands are behind the back. These are subtle things that show the emotion the character portrays and if these clues don't show the emotion enough the eyes tell you she feels guilty or in trouble.

- Wow, you did a nice job of capturing the character's emotions. I like the shading on the skirt, too.
