So it might not be the very best, but I don't think it's the worst.
Though the reference picture shows my avatar at an angle, I drew mine facing forward. >:D

- Hmm, the dress looks a little flat. See in the picture how the creases on the flowy parts of the skirts look more 3d? The face is also smudgy, I dont know if that is an added effect or not. Also the wings look 2d, in the picture they look less like tattoos and more lifelike. The hair could also use a little work. Plus, the arms are different shaped, it looks as though one shoulder is larger than the other. Anyway good work on this one.
