- Artist: Moondoggy09

Description:
A quick drawing of one of my Oc's Hayate in a simple Battoujutsu inspired stance, I screwed up the torso a little bit along with the right bicep and the left arm but overall I think it turned out alright.
As always comments and critiques are much appreciated and all serious critiques will get a response. - Date: 08/03/2009

- This pose is amazing. A few mistakes, but they're hardly there. The creases in the clothing are spectacular, and I really how you made the belts and the bracelet. I'm very bad at positioning people to make them do things in my art, but you're amazing. It looks like you spent a lot of time and effort on this. You have a vivid imagination, and that is the true key to any artist.

- In that case, it would be awesome to arc his back as though he was flipping in the process of unleashing his battoujutsu. I should add some of my own up in here...

- I prefer a downward or horizontal slice, imparts more power into the swing and generally causes a more grievous injury. And I will fix that spelling error now by the way biggrin

- Battou Jutsu is AWESOME. you did good capturing the poses. my style would have the person bent down lower so that the slice would swing upwards.
