over angled chin for the angle- if you want a side shot you need to work on the shaping. her left eye is okay, but since you cannot see any of the right, even though the bangs in her face, it makes her look really off.
I normally don't spend a lot of time looking at art on here, but I have to admit for a first timer you did very good. A for effort, and I'm scoring you at 4/5.

Dont use the pencil tool. try the line tool, but just make sure its still nicely rounded and not blocky. It should make it less shakey-looking.

- It's very nice for your first try smile I would make the eye a bit smaller, like others had said. Maybe add a bit more detail in the hair too, and a bit more shading (Like around the hair on the face and clothes). Also, you might want to outline it smile It also looks a bit shaky, and to me, the hair looks a bit.. hmm.. I don't know.. clumpy.. I guess? But, other than that, it's pretty good ^^

- looks real god to me especialy for first try. but i guess making the eye lower would help and like she sed face shape. but nice painting!!
