The concept is nice, mind if I critique?
It's a good picture, the way you shade and the choice of color is nice.
Although the porportions of the person is what irks me. When you draw the lineart, try staring at the picture from afar, so you can see if all the shapes are evenly distributed. As for the arm, try looking at your own arm or a photograph and see how exactly an arm is supposed to bend.
Curling the fingers would also make this picture very cute.
