The shading on the hair is a little strange, and I see where you were going with the highlights... other than that I'd say softer shading could help, but it looks like you might've used markers, so in that case you wouldn't be able to soften it...
Proportion is a little chibi-ish and overall excellent, and very creative choice of an outfit. ^-^
