Love the background. The Sparkles are a very nice touch.
The anatomy is a bit off the top. Perhaps, Lower the facial expression a bit? Other than that, Its a great piece of work. :3 - Report As Spam

- I like it. The head may be a bit out of proportion, but it doesn't detract from the piece, and the color scheme is fantabulous. I give it a 5/5 !

Eyes are usually set around the middle of the face so I think you need to make his hair/head bigger and make room for more of a forehead.
And maybe his jaw sticks out too much... but i cant tell because he is looking up.
But's thats just me. 4/5

- I really like the colors and the shimmery effect, but I agree that his head looks disproportionate. Specifically, his face is a little too large, and the back of his head is a little too small. Other than that, very nice clean lines, and good colors!
